Celibashi's reaction to the OSCE report/Journalist: This is the prime

Journalist Bledian Koka has commented on the reaction of the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, to the final OSCE/ODIHR report on the May 11 parliamentary elections. 

Invited to Syri TV, Koka, who referred to Celibashi as the "prime minister of elections," said that he is reacting as if it is the first time he has managed an electoral process.

"The one who reacted is the Prime Minister of Elections! So the 'prime minister of elections' tells us that there were some problems but they said that I worked. But the process of voting from abroad was totally compromised and brought back communism in the result, in the administration and failure. We will pay 20 or so million euros to DHL while DHL was not involved in this process at all as a subcontractor, considering the ballot envelopes as 'letters from the front'.

The Prime Minister of the elections tells us that there was a problem. In 2025, a man who has administered elections since 2005 cannot act as if it is the first time he has managed elections.

"The VCs were mainly in schools and you know what happened a few days after people returned to the schools, they saw that the cameras were not working because they were sealed with glue. These cameras are evidence of what happened in the premises where the voting took place. These things should have been administered by this person who has been in office since 2003 and speaks as if he had just taken up this position," said Koka. /CNA
