The head of SPAK, Klodjan Braho, spoke about the publication of investigative acts in the media.

Braho emphasized that investigative acts stem from the defense attorneys of persons under investigation or accused or from the defendants themselves.

On the one hand, we have the need to know and on the other hand, we have the interests of the institution in maintaining investigative secrecy for the success of the case and protecting the data of the person being investigated. Communication with the media that is not in one of these forms is an action that constitutes a disciplinary violation and carries criminal liability.
