The "Homeland Justice" hacker group published today some data extracted from the e-mails of the former head of the State Police Gladis Nano.

After the publication of the data in the media, the State Police, by order of the Prosecutor's Office, stopped the media from publishing the materials.  

Through a notification, the police stated that in case of violation of this decision by anyone, the investigation will be started immediately to bring the responsible persons to legal responsibility.

Por neni 104, i Kodit Penal e thotë qartë se, shkelja e ndalimit të publikimit,  nuk përbën vepër penale, por është shkelje disiplinore.

Në këtë rast prokurori njofton organin që ka të drejtë të marrë masa disiplinore.

Media e lirë po bën detyrën e saj dhe nuk duhet të ketë asnjë pengesë dhe përgjegjësi për këtë.

Për më tepër që edhe vetë kryeministri Edi Rama, e ka theksuar në deklaratat e tij publike se nuk ka asnjë sekret shtetëror, asnjë dokument të sigurisë të bërë publik, por janë thjesht komunikime institucionesh.
