Protesta e opozitës para Kryeministrisë dhe Kuvendit në Tiranë ka gjetur jehonë në raportimet e mediave ndërkombëtare.

The Washington Post ka pasqyruar zhvillimet, duke raportuar se mijëra mbështetës të opozitës u mblodhën në një protestë antiqeveritare, ku kërkohej dorëheqja e kryeministrit Edi Rama për shkak të dyshimeve për korrupsion dhe keqpërdorime, me pankarta dhe brohoritje për largimin e elitës drejtuese dhe me protestues që u përballën me praninë e fortë të policisë.

Reuters njofton se demonstratat u shndërruan në përplasje, me protestues që kërkuan dorëheqje dhe hodhën bomba molotovi drejt ndërtesave qeveritare, ndërsa policia u përgjigj me autobotë me ujë dhe masa sigurie për të kontrolluar situatën, duke reflektuar tensionet në rritje ndaj administratës së Ramës.

Associated Press raporton se demonstruesit kërkuan dorëheqjen e qeverisë për shkak të akuzave të korrupsionit, me forcat e rendit që përdorën gaz lotsjellës dhe autobotë me ujë për të shpërndarë turmën dhe për të mbajtur rendin publik./ CNA
