The leader of the SP group, Taulant Balla, after the meeting of the Conference of Speakers, spoke in a statement to the media about the opposition's motion regarding the protesters' demands.

Balla has stated that he does not accept Sali Berisha's party as representing the opposition.

He has stated that they are so incompetent that they have transformed the protesters' demands.

"I asked the opposition representatives at the conference of mayors what mandate you came with as spokespersons for the protest. I told you I was not recognized as a representative of the protest. I can never accept Sali Berisha's party as a representative of the protest. They are so incompetent that they have transformed the protesters' demands from those that have been made public, a person with close ties to Iran.
