During the 6 days of this week, from July 14 to 19, 2025, the Summer Camp for Children was held at the Metropolitanate of Gjirokastra in Glykomil.

This camp is a rare experience that brought together about 45 children aged 10–14. The camp was organized under the care and dedication of Father Emiliano Lito and Deacon Pandeli Zeneli.

The theme that guided the 6-day camp was: "God is Love", a message that penetrated the hearts of the children through every activity. Each day was marked by shared prayers, spiritual lessons, organized games, songs and open conversations that helped the children better know themselves, each other and the love of God.

A special moment of blessing during the Camp was the visit of the Supervising Metropolitan of Gjirokastra, His Grace Metropolitan of Apollonia and Fier, His Eminence Nikolla, who met with the children, blessed them and shared with them words of warmth and paternal inspiration. His presence brought joy and strengthened the spiritual bond between the Church and the new generation.
