There is no change in the anti-Covid measures/ Rakacolli strong message

Due to the increase in cases of people affected by Covid-19, the Technical Committee of Experts has convened today.

During her speech, Dr. Najada Çomo emphasized that during the month of July, the number of people hospitalized has increased.

" In July, there was an increase in the number of patients who came to seek help.

At least 56 patients per day are hospitalized.

There are unvaccinated people, with vaccination left in between and those who had the early vaccination.  

High temperatures have not reduced the number of people hospitalized. Over 62% of those hospitalized are aged 60-70. But there was also a 20-year-old woman whose life is out of danger ," said Çomo.

On the other hand, Mira Rakacolli said that it is not the case to change the anti-covid measures, but made a strong appeal to the citizens to get vaccinated.

" It is not the case for any other measure, vaccination is the only appeal. The unvaccinated endanger us too. The media should also make this appeal ," said Rakacolli./ CNA.al
