 The ship that will return to Italy the 43 migrants who arrived in Gjadra a few days ago is departing from the port of Shëngjin.

Judges of the Court of Appeal in Rome have suspended the detention of 43 migrants from Bangladesh and Egypt, sent to the reception center in Gjadra, referring the case to the next ruling of the European Court of Justice on safe countries.

Judges in Rome have denied the validity of the detentions due to the "impossibility of recognizing the countries of origin of the detained persons as "safe countries", as a result of the inapplicability of the border procedure and, as provided for by the protocol for the transfer outside Albanian territory of migrants, who have the right to be taken to Italy"./ CNA
