Journalist Klodiana Lala has published a video showing two people driving around with firearms and a Kalashnikov in a car in Shkodra.
The journalist says that the video was sent to her on her social networks months ago and is suspected to have been made in Shkodra, but she has not been able to confirm it yet.
The journalist emphasizes that this video was previously addressed to the police but no one reacted.
"This video came to me months ago on my social networks.
