Measures for the circulation and parking of vehicles are published, within the framework of the III stage of the "Giro d'Italia 2025", which continues tomorrow in Vlora.

In the framework of the organization of the third and final stage of the international race "Giro d'Italia 2025", which will take place in the city of Vlora, on 11.05.2025, we inform citizens about the following restrictions:

Parking and any type of activity prohibited in the Grand Square (beginning of the Lungomare), from 3:00 PM on 10.05.2025 until 6:00 PM on 11.05.2025 (including the disco area).

Prohibition of parking and standing of vehicles on the Sheshi i Madh axis - intersection of "Shaban Demiraj" street, from 05:00 on 10.05.2025 until 15:00 on 11.05.2025.

Traffic ban on the same segment, from 07:00 - 14:15 on 11.05.2025.

Traffic diversion is taking place on "Pelivan Leskaj" street.

Parking ban in the field in front of the Navy School, from 15:00 on 10.05.2025 until 17:00 on 11.05.2025.

Parking ban on "Reshat Osmani" street, from 3:00 PM on 10.05.2025 until 6:00 PM on 11.05.2025.

Parking ban on "Veledin Kollozi" streets (Big Market - Alsa segment), on "Mustafa Bello" and "Laze Malo" streets, from 20:00, date 10.05.2025, until 23:00, date 11.05.2025.

Blockade of the road axes “Aleksandër Moisiu” – “Ismail Qemali” Boulevard – “Demokracia” Street – “Arben Zylyftari” Street

Parking ban at the intersection of "Kosova" Street to Regina Garden Hotel and "Ismail Qemali" Square, from 14:00, on 10.05.2025, until 23:00, on 11.05.2025.

Traffic ban in these segments from 18:00, date 10.05.2025 until 23:00, date 11.05.2025.

Parking ban on "Sulejman Delvina" street (Polyclinic - Military Branch segment), as well as on the territory of the Faculty of Humanities (dormitories), from 14:00, date 10.05.2025, until 23:00, date 11.05.2025.

We emphasize that the circulation of emergency vehicles and State Police is allowed.

Guaranteed access for emergencies

Port of Vlora – Traffic will be carried out via the Trans-Balkan route, without interruption.

Vlora Regional Hospital – During 11:00 – 13:30, entry will be possible through these axes:

Transbalkanike – Officers' House – Chapel – Hospital

Mezin's Well – New Street – Chapel – Hospital

Cold Water – Power Plant – Cement Factory – Kuzumbaba – Municipality – Hospital

Traffic is prohibited from 11:00 to 14:30

Qeparo – Vlora / the villages of the Vlora river

Traffic is prohibited from 10:30 to 15:45

Vlora – Himara (up to Qeparo)

Traffic is prohibited from 12:30 to 17:30

Qeparo – Himara – Vlora

Traffic is prohibited from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM

All vehicles that will be parked in violation of the announced measures, and that will not be removed by the drivers themselves, will be transported by road transport service, in accordance with the law and to guarantee safety.

The base for vehicles moved from the rail service, if any, during this process will be at the former aviation field.

We ask for the understanding and cooperation of citizens and drivers. These measures are temporary and in the interest of public safety and the organization of international activities.

We express our apologies for any possible inconvenience, and we guarantee citizens that they will not be stopped at any time from carrying out their activities, but we ask that they use alternative routes to continue normally with their daily commitments.
