Distribution of election materials begins in Pogradec

The distribution of election materials has begun in CEAZ No. 70 of the city of Pogradec. Groups of commissioners of voting centers have appeared at the CEAZ to collect the election materials. The Chairman of CEAZ No. 70, Mandi Mekolli, stated that the process started at 09:00 and is expected to be completed within a few hours. The materials will be distributed to the 7 administrative units of the municipality.

"KZAZ no. 70, Pogradec Municipality, has started distributing electoral materials. First, we are distributing the most remote areas, such as the Administrative Unit Velçan, Proptisht, Trebinje, then Udënisht, Cërrava, Buçimas and Pogradec. The process started at 9 am. The distribution of electoral materials in Velçan and Proptisht has been completed, we are starting with Trebinje and everything is going normally. So far, there have been no problems, all commissioners have shown up. There are no new voting centers, Kzaz 70 has 106 VCs, the same as last time. We have information from the Pojska Penitentiary Institution that they are waiting for the court's decision for the persons who are given the right to vote. Once we receive the court's decision, we will record it to attach the list of voters given by the court and the right to vote will be given at the nearest voting center, no. 39/36", said the Mayor of CEAZ No. 70, Mandi Mekolli.

Meanwhile, for the first time, women serving sentences at the Pojska Prison are also expected to vote. The court has issued a relevant decision and it is expected that this decision will be officially communicated to the CEAZ./CNA
