Kuvendi miratoi mbrëmë vonë projektligjin për hapjen e dosjeve të ish-Sigurimit të Shtetit.

Deputetët e grupit të Alibeajt bashkuan votat me mazhorancën, duke votuar pro ligjit.

Menjëherë pasi Kuvendi i dha dritën jeshile hapjes së dosjeve, PS ka depozituar 2 nisma.

Njëra prej nismave (kliko këtu) parashikon ndryshime në ligjin e partive politike. Pra, PS synon të ndalojë bashkëpunëtorët e ish-sigurimit që të mbajnë poste si kryetarë partish.

Gjithashtu, projektligji parashikon shkarkimin e ish-sigurimsave nga postet drejtuese të partive politike nëse janë zgjedhur.

Ndërsa nisma e dytë (kliko këtu) ka të bëjë me ndryshimet tek ligji i dekriminalizimit. Me këtë, mazhoranca kërkon të ndalojë bashkëpunëtorët e ish-sigurimit që të bëhen deputetë apo të mbajnë poste drejtuese./ B.A. - CNA.al
