Stefan Çipa has announced that he has finished his duties as General Director of the National Housing Authority.

Through a long status on social networks, he declares that his place will be held by Besmir Hysa.

Dear friends!

Today I finished my duties as General Director of the National Housing Authority.

It was a time during which, every working day, there was intensity. It was a natural part of my permanent life in working relationships, according to my mindset to always respect virtuous norms, laws, values ??and principles. All my decades of work have been dominated by the vision and principles to have the same honesty, both on the first day and on the last of every job.

But time for man flows and its points are the days. When closing a social status to enter a new one, the mind naturally takes stock. A last day of work causes you feelings and states, emotions and especially brings you into the driving of meditations.

On this day, naturally everyone looks back, to see what has been achieved and what could have been different!

In my journey and in my career, I have had many stops and surprises, ups and downs, joys and sorrows, enthusiasm and sadness, happiness and disappointments. But good has always triumphed.

The separation from this last task, in the direction of this institution, constitutes a special moment for my human age.

Not out of routine, but as a matter of course, in this separation from the staff and all my colleagues at the National Housing Authority, I want to convey my thanks and gratitude. It has been a beautiful time of work and joy for people and citizens in different parts of the country.

I am especially proud and humbled by the work of the entire staff over the past five years. We managed to transform EKB into an important institution for housing the needy.

Through the construction of low-cost housing, we have given happiness to families and citizens who have waited and had this dream.

In these 5 years, we built double the number of apartments built 12 years ago. This is a record that makes me proud. We significantly increased the institution's income from year to year.

We took an active part in the reconstruction process after the November 2019 earthquake.

We significantly increased employee salaries, turning EKB into a preferred institution in the administration.

We finalize market sale prices for apartments across the country, and many, many other promotions.

My thanks go to the wonderful staff of EKB, (at the center and in the district offices).

Thanks for the support we have had from the Housing Directorate of the Ministry that covers housing and from the Members of the Governing Council and its Chairmen.

Thank you to the mayors with whom we cooperated for the construction of low-cost housing.

Thank you to the Government and the Prime Minister for supporting the implementation of housing policies as one of their priorities.

Of course, I wish the new director of EKB, Mr. Besmir Hysa, success in his duties!
