"Hands off Prrenjas"/ Residents against Territorial Reform, protest tomorrow

Residents of the city of Prrenjas will protest on Tuesday, in reaction to discussions about the possibility of transforming the Prrenjas Municipality into an administrative unit of the Librazhd Municipality.

The protest called for tomorrow is scheduled to be held at 6:00 PM, in the City Square.

Through the public appeal "Hands Off Prrenjas", the organizers appeal to citizens to unite to protect the identity, history and status of Prrenjas as a municipality.

"Prrenjas has history, it has tradition, it has identity," it is emphasized in the message distributed to citizens.

The protest is expected to take place peacefully in the city's central square, while participants aim to express their opposition to any changes affecting the territorial organization and administrative status of Prrenjas./CNA
