Former President Bamir Topi appeared before the Special Court today. Topi was summoned by the Special Prosecution Office as a witness in the "Partizani" case.
Former minister Fatmir Mediu is also expected to testify in today's session. Eight people are accused in the "Partizani" case, including former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.
