One of the most awarded people during the Socialist Party's 13 years in power has undoubtedly been Elisa Spiropali.

From the first day of the Socialists coming to power, she became the Director General of Customs, a member of parliament, Minister of State, Speaker of Parliament, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the day she was left without a political chair, she began to talk about the "New Agreement" with Albania.
