Debates continue at the meeting of the Council of Mandates, where SPAK's request to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is being considered. According to Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, there is no SPAK evidence to demand the toughening of the measure against the MP.

The Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, immediately intervened, saying that Berisha violated two court decisions.

Gjokutaj: Decision-making is being criminalized. The report is false. You have to push hard for details that you will make a decision today. No case, no proof today. This issue is a created, cloned issue. This is not legal, moral, ethical language. I don't have an optical problem, not a logical one.
