Dumani confirms: There is another criminal file for Erion Veliaj

Today, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in an informal meeting with journalists, provided answers to a number of issues of public interest.  

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has said that there is a faction in the investigative file.

So that means another file, another investigation for Erion Veliaj.

What is a frascion in a file?

It's just another investigative file.

So, if we look at the investigations conducted by SPAK and the acts it brought to court, sufficient evidence was found for 13 charges.

In fact, if we look closely, many other elements are missing that we saw at the beginning of the investigations, such as the case of the Municipality of Fier, such as the case of the brother of the mayor of Veliaj.

Which means a new file such as the faction, may exist and other criminal facts and evidence may be found.

So, in addition to the 13 charges that exist today that have been proven and brought to court, 3, 5, 7 or no other charges could be added, but there is another criminal investigation file.

Erion Veliaj no longer has just one file or the charges he has today.
