The Italian Ambassador to Albania, Marco Alberti, has launched a series of interviews called "VIP-Very Interesting People".
The interviews aim to strengthen the bond between Italy and Albania by showcasing interesting figures from the world of culture, institutions and entrepreneurship, thus promoting cooperation between the two neighboring countries.
In the most recent interview, the ambassador stopped at "Château Braha", part of the Alejandro group, to interview the group's founder Erjola Braha, who has brought her Italian wine business to Albania.

Initially, Braha recounted her life in one minute in a conversation with Marco Alberti. She emphasized that she loves the work she does, the world of wine and agriculture.
"Erjola is a curious, down-to-earth, dreamer and determined woman. Entrepreneur. I love my job, I love this wonderful world that is the world of wine and agriculture, which is our future and for which we have believed in this project and in this wonderful area," said Braha.
Every episode of “Very Interesting People” is a story, every story is the narrative of a life lived between Albania and Italy. But what does Italy represent for Braha?
"I keep Italy in my soul, it represents Erjola, the woman of today. It has taught me great human values, as well as the beauty of art and tradition. For me, it is a world of its own," said Braha.

The ambassador emphasizes that wine is art and “Château Braha” is surrounded by art. For entrepreneur Braha, every bottle of wine has a story, like a large painting that carries history within itself. For her, wine and art stand in harmony, as they are a bridge that unites humanity.
"Wine is art, because in every bottle there is a story, like a large painting that expresses feelings, there is a history. I think that wine and art stand in harmony and that wine and art are a bridge that unites humanity," said Braha.
Erjola Braha, besides being a successful entrepreneur, is also a devoted mother and this important part of her life journey she could not help but share in her conversation with the Italian ambassador. She revealed that the Alejandro group is named after her eldest son. He joined the company after completing his studies, following the same passion as his mother.
"I am a mother and I dedicate the same passion and love to them that I dedicate to my work. I have three children, the eldest son Alejandro and the twins Emanuel and Roel. I am a loving mother, a little like a friend. I am not strict and I try to dedicate real time to them, the essence of my time. The name 'Alejandro' is in honor of the son, but the company was born before Alejandro's birth, under the name ItAlba and when it became a group, we called it 'Alejandro Group'. The eldest son has already started to get involved in the company after his studies and is gradually gaining the same passion as me," said Braha.

Braha also focused on the prospects for "Alejandro Group" and "Château Braha" in the coming years. The goal is to grow the "Braha" winery, as well as investments in agriculture.
"We are very committed to sustainability, nature, agrotourism and production. We want to grow with the "Braha" winery, to invest, but in agriculture," said Braha.
A good conversation goes well with a glass of good wine. Erjola Braha, while having fun with Ambassador Alberti, shows him one of the most successful products of the "Alejandro Group".
"We have a water source right in front of us, so we called the wine Kroi i Bardhë, from the 'Braha' winery. We use two indigenous grape varieties: white Debina and white Sheshi, along with an international variety, Chardonnay, which gives it the right harmony and roundness. A very sophisticated product, I would say that is the success of the 'Alehandro Group'", said Braha.

In conclusion, the entrepreneur gave advice to the Italian ambassador to Albania on how to improve and increase Italy's presence in our country.
"Having a representative of Italy so close to the people and to us is more than enough," said Erjola Braha in a conversation with the Italian ambassador on "VIP".
Erjola Braha is known in oenology circles as the “woman of wine.” She has introduced new information technologies and sustainable systems to improve the distribution and promotion of wines, making the “Alejandro Group” an example of innovation in this sector.
