Dorian Ducka in SPAK

Dorian Ducka, the unofficial adviser to Prime Minister Edi Rama, went to SPAK this Thursday.

Ducka is one of the people involved in the scandal with the former senior FBI official, Charles McGonigal.

We recall that Charles McGonigal accepted the charges related to Albania. He was found guilty of concealing payments of $225,000 from businessman Agron Neza.

The former FBI official contacts the prime minister of Albania, Edi Rama, and the unofficial adviser to the prime minister, Dorian Ducka.

The latter is a relative of Ilir Meta and in Tirana he is sold as an individual with strong diplomatic ties, as a lobbyist who has diplomatic opportunities and contacts, as was the case with McGonigal.
