Debate at Berisha's session/ The lawyer clashes with SPAK prosecutors: I want two days to study the file

Today's session at GJKKO against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was accompanied by debates.

It is reported that one of the lawyers appointed by the state for Berisha, Rabie Cenalia, argued with SPAK prosecutors. The latter requested during the session that it needs two days to study the file. 

"You appointed me last night as a lawyer at 20:00. I have to study the file to make an effective defense. I need two days," is Cenalia. 

SPAK prosecutors immediately said: "We will notify the Chamber of Advocates that you refused the defense". 

Meanwhile, the lawyer said that she had not refused, but had only asked for more time to study the file.

The session has been postponed and the next one is expected to start at 15:00.
