The Head of the Department of Foreign Relations at the Democratic Party, Ilda Zhulali, invited to the show "A Krasta Show", spoke about the damage on the Librazhd-Pogradec axis.
According to Zhulal, the whole of Albania is in ruins. She emphasizes that there is no governance of the country but rather schemes to steal money.
"All of Albania is devastated by the streets. This is a form of governance. Here we do not have a national government, we have schemes to steal money, it is a facade to stay afloat.
"One of the perspectives that needs to be looked at is the Territorial Reform. By moving services to other centers and centralizing power, we have one of the most painful products, which is the emptying of the city," said Zhulali./ CNA
