The 2025 budget, the largest in history, how much will the Ministry of Education, Health and Agriculture receive

The Minister of Finance Petrit Malaj, while presenting the draft budget for 2025, announced the amount that the Ministry of Education, Health and Agriculture will receive from this budget.

"The Ministry of Education will have a budget of 85.3 billion ALL.

The provision of free textbooks for students from grades 1-9, free textbooks for needy students in secondary and higher education are financed with priority. We finance transportation insurance for students who live more than 2 km away from the school and teachers.

Health in the budget will have an amount of ALL 76.3 billion. Compared to 2024, there will be 4 billion ALL more.

Agriculture will have a budget of 14.6 billion lek", said Malaj./ CNA
