Berisha after leaving SPAK: Irena with 5 surnames stands at the top of the state

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stopped in a statement to the media after leaving the premises of the Special Prosecution Office.

Berisha accused Judge Irena Gjoka of being a fraud, adding that he has documents proving this. He further added that this judge, according to him, stands on top of what he called a "state criminal pyramid."

"In the state of Irena with 5 surnames, there is only ongoing crime. You heard that the ILD will open a process for disciplinary measures. Despite all the documents that she is a criminal who has cheated on the official forms of vetting, decriminalization and HIDAA. All of these constitute criminal offenses in accordance with Article 6 of the Constitution. So Irena stands at the top of the state criminal pyramid. We are in circumstances of ongoing state crime. Even after the General Prosecutor's Office found out that Irena has cheated, the head of the Supreme Court did not dare to make the decision and says that the ILD should review it. This is a state of ongoing crime and I guarantee you that in modern history, a state that has Irena as its axis, does not exist ," Berisha said. / CNA
