While the lawyers continue to protest, opposing the new judicial map, the president of the KLJJ, Naureda Llagani, follows the "chorus".
Today, while reporting to the Assembly, Naureda Llagani focused on the new judicial map, which has brought chaos to the system, as lawyers have boycotted court sessions.
Naureda Llagani ignored the lawyers' protest, while emphasizing that a cycle of consultations was carried out and then the working group was set up to draft the reorganization of the courts.
According to Llagan, with the approval of this new map, it is intended that citizens have equal access to the entire country, wherever they are.
"The KLJ, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, completed the consultation cycle for the new map. Consultations were held with 6 interest groups and two meetings with civil society and business representatives.
The opinions were subjected to a rating process. On June 10, the HCJ approved the working group for the reorganization of the courts. From 22 courts to 13. From 6 appeal courts to one with headquarters in Tirana. From 6 administrative courts to two, with headquarters in Lushnje and Tirana.
With the approval of the new map, it is intended to offer equal access to citizens wherever they are ", declared Llagani./ CNA.al
