Apartments, garages and cars/ 15 assets of Arben Kaçorri and his family

By decision of the Special Court of First Instance, it has been decided to confiscate 15 assets of Arben Kaçorri and his family members.

In addition to the exercise of criminal prosecution, the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime also focuses on the identification, seizure and confiscation of assets suspected to be derived from crime.

Pursuant to Normative Act No. 1, dated 31.01.2020 "On preventive measures in the framework of the fight against terrorism, organized crime, serious crimes and the consolidation of public security order", the Special Prosecutor's Office has addressed the Special Court of First Degree for Corruption and Organized Crime with the request for the confiscation of the assets of the entity Arben Kaçorri and related persons.

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with decision no. 27 dated 12.07.2023, among others, decided the confiscation of assets as follows:
