The appeal of the GJKKO has left in force the seizure of the assets of Jamarbër Malltez and Argita Malltez.

The GJKKO appeal has rejected the request of the "Malltezi" couple to lift the seizures.

They had requested the release of 25 movable and immovable assets from seizure on behalf of the "Partizani" file. According to them, the seized assets are not equivalent to the proceeds of the suspected criminal offense.

In 2023, at the request of SPAK, the GJKKO imposed preventive seizure on 25 properties in the name of the Malltezis, including apartments, villas and three companies, where Jamarbër Malltezi owns significant shares./ CNA
