Vlora Airport/ Mabco Spokesperson: If the court allows the continuation of the

Mabco company spokesperson Ornela Çuçi spoke on the "Opinion" show about the situation at the Vlora airport. Çuçi said that the "Mabco" company wants to be given the opportunity to complete the airport in the right quality.

Regarding the timing of when the airport can be completed, the Mabco spokeswoman said that if the court allows it, it will be completed within a few months. Çuçi stated that since September, the Mabco company, which owns 98%, is not allowed to carry out any work.

Further, the Mabco spokesperson said that this company cannot sign what the minority shareholder has done, who has no responsibility. Regarding the conflict between the two partners, Çuçi stated that the issue lies in the 47% of the quotas.

 

 

" The company wants to be given the opportunity to complete it and in the right quality. If the court allows the main shareholder to continue working, the airport will be completed within a few months. Since September, the main shareholder has not been allowed to do any work. The issue between the partners is between 47% of the quotas. The Court of First Instance in the second decision has given the minority partner the right to be in the majority. That 2% partner does whatever he wants at the airport.

"The court has suspended every decision of the main partner, who has 98% of the shares, of responsibility. How can this partner sign what 2% has done ?" said Çuçi./CNA
