Ish-prokurori, Beçi: Ndryshimet në Kodin e Procedurës Penale kufizojnë llojet e masave ndaluese të sigurisë

Ish-prokurori Eugen Beçi u shpreh sot lidhur me efektet ligjore që mund të sjellë një ndryshim në Kodin e Procedurës Penale, siç u propozua nga mazhoranca.

I ftuar në emisionin “Noë”, Beçi tha se kjo ndryshim i tillë ka rrezik të kufizojë caktimin e një mase sigurie ndaluese për një zyrtar të lartë.

“Kodi i Procedurës Penale, në raste të tilla, ka në konsideratë prishjen e provës, ripërsëritjen e veprës penale. Pyetja që lind ëhstë se me këto ndryshime që po bëhen, a korrigjohet kjo situatë që në e diskutuam se ka një ngërç dhe një problem? Sepse mazhoranca doli kundër gjykatave. Në rast se një prokuror konstaton nesër që një ministër është duke intimiduar gjithë vartësit e tij, që të mos dalin dëshmitarë kundër tij ose është duke shkelur barazinë në tendera dhe duhet caktuar një masë sigurie ndaluese. I duhet caktuar vetëm masa e pezullimit, që sot u kërkua të hiqet, çfarë të caktohet tani?”,-tha Beçi./CNA
