Xiaomi Redmi breaks the charging time record again

Do you remember the Realme GT Neo 5 that broke 240W charging records a few weeks ago?

Redmi  has overshadowed the Realme GT Neo 5 by increasing the charging speed to 300W.

The subsidiary of Xiaomi in the middle of MWC 2023, has already introduced the latest technology, which fully charges a mobile phone in less than 5 minutes.

In the demo he published he used a customized Redmi Note 12 Discovery with a 4,100 mAh battery (the regular one has a 4,300 mAh battery). In the video it appears to reach 50% battery within 2 minutes and 12 seconds. 

It is worth noting that despite the fact that it claims to reach 300 W of charging, in the video the meter showed that it peaked at just over 290 W. 

In fact, this charger comes in the same size as the previous generation 210W fast charger, thanks to a better design and heat dissipation inside it. It also has Double GaN technology with over 50 safety valves in it.
