Tires may run out / Toyota withdraws electric cars from the market

Because their tires could fall off, Toyota has decided to withdraw the first 27,000 electric vehicles from the market. The cars will be towed to countries like America, Europe, Canada and Japan.

Tire bolts can be loosened to the point that the tire can come out of place after a long journey.

Meanwhile all cars which have not been sent to buyers will be tested once again from the beginning.

Toyota is seen as a relatively backward company in the electric vehicle market, compared to rival manufacturers like Tesla, which launched its first electric car 14 years ago. / Adapted in Albanian by CNA.al
