OFFICIAL/ Elbasan decides on the future of coach Gvozdenovic

The Elbasan club has officially renewed the contract with coach Ivan Gvozdenovic for the next season.

The Serbian coach sat on the yellow-blue team's bench last season after leaving Skënderbeu, achieving positive results that put the team in direct competition for the championship title. Through an official announcement, the club's leaders explained that this decision confirms the continuity of the project and reflects full confidence in the vision and professionalism of the technical staff.

Currently, Elbasan is positioned in second place in the standings with 34 points, the same as leading Egnatia, ahead of the final challenges of the "Final Four" phase.

The team will take to the field on May 31 for the last match of the season, where the fate of the trophy will also depend on the result of the parallel match between Egnatia and Dinamo. In case of a wrong step by the Rrogozhina team and a possible victory of Elbasan against Vllaznia, the championship title would belong to the team led by Gvozdenovic.
