OFFICIAL/ Chelsea are not comfortable, coach Rosenior is dismissed

Chelsea have sacked manager Liam Rosenior after a 3-0 defeat to Brighton, a result that deepened the team's crisis.

This was the fifth consecutive Premier League defeat without scoring a goal, the worst run in 114 years.

Rosenior took over on January 6 and stayed on the bench for 106 days, replacing Enzo Maresca. The decision was made due to below-average results and performances.

The club thanked the coach for his professionalism during his time in charge. Until the end of the season, the team will be led by Calum McFarlane as interim coach.

He will have the support of the current staff in their bid to secure a place in Europe and advance in the FA Cup. The board has begun the process of finding a new long-term manager.
