Finalja e Kampionatit Mineiro në Brazil, mes Cruzeiro dhe Atletico Mineiro u shënua nga një episod i pazakontë që përfundoi me një numër rekord prej 23 kartonësh të kuq.

Në minutat e fundit të ndeshjes, një përplasje në fushë mes lojtarëve çoi në një situatë të tensionuar që përfshiu futbollistë nga të dyja skuadrat. Gjithçka nisi pas një ndërhyrjeje të portierit të Atletico Mineiro, Everson, ndaj mesfushorit kundërshtar Christian.
