Barcelona does not give up ground, Yamal decides against Bilbao

Barcelona defeated Athletic Bilbao 1-0 at San Mamés, once again moving four points clear of Real Madrid in La Liga.

The only goal of the match was scored by the talented Lamine Yamal, who scored a precise shot in the second half.

The first half was balanced, with the home team missing clear chances through Selton Sánchez and Inaki Williams.

Barcelona goalkeeper Joan García was the central figure of the challenge, making several life-saving saves that secured the victory.

Athletic Bilbao also suffered an early injury to Unai Gómez, which affected their organisation. This success marks the Catalans' sixth consecutive unbeaten match in head-to-head matches against the Basque team.

After this week, Bilbao remains outside the zone that leads to European cups. Barcelona, ??on the other hand, registers its third victory in the last eight visits to this difficult stadium.
