Derby against Inter, Milan with record income

The 246th derby between Milan and Inter is expected to take place in an extraordinary atmosphere at "San Siro".

The stadium will be packed and ticket sales are expected to exceed 5.9 million euros.

For Milan as the host team, this would be the highest figure ever achieved for a Serie A match. The previous record was set in 2019 with around 5.78 million euros in revenue.

Meanwhile, Inter are eyeing the return of midfielder Hakan Çalhano?lu, who could face his former team. In the absence of Lautaro Martinez, Nicolò Barella is expected to hold the captain's armband.

On the other hand, Milan faces shortcomings in defense, while in attack they rely on Rafael Leão and Christian Pulisic.

The current difference in the standings is 10 points and this match could have a significant impact on the title race.
