Kombëtarja e Marokut ka siguruar kualifikimin për në raundin e 16 më të mirave të Kupës së Botës pasi eliminoi Holandën nga pika e bardhë e penalltive.

Koha e rregullt dhe shtesat përfunduan në barazim 1-1. Holandezët kaluan të parët në avantazh në minutën e 71-të me anë të Cody Gakpo-s, por marokenët barazuan në minutën e 90-të falë një gol me kokë nga Issa Diop.

Pasi shtesat nuk prodhuan gola të tjerë, fituesi u përcaktua përmes 11-metërshave, ku Maroku u tregua më i saktë duke fituar 3-2.

Për Holandën gabuan Justin Kluivert, Quinten Timber dhe Crysencio Summerville, gjuajtja e të cilit u prit nga portieri Yassine Bounou.

Ismael Saibari realizoi penalltinë vendimtare që dërgoi "Luanët e Atlasit" në fazën e 1/8-ave, duke ndërprerë një ecuri prej 11 ndeshjes pa humbje të holandezëve.
