Bad weather/ This is how the situation is in Pogradec

The municipality of Pogradec announces that the situation in this district has started to improve, as the snowplows have unblocked some roads for vehicle traffic.

It is learned that 12 villages of the administrative unit have been without electricity for 12 hours.

Notice:

As a result of the heavy snowfall accompanied by wind, there were problems mostly in the administrative units, for which we worked throughout the day to solve them.

The main road Golik-Vërri-Proptisht has already been built and opened

The Proptisht-Slabinje-Velçan axis has already been worked on and opened

The axis Pogradec-Varret e Grekut-Trebinje has been built and opened

At this moment, work continues on the Qafë-Plloçë-Dardhas axis for the total opening of the main road, while work is also being done on the Kakaç-Grunjas axis.

We emphasize that increased caution must be exercised and the movement of vehicles must be done with chains on the aforementioned axes.

Throughout the day, work was done on opening and salting the main roads in Buçimas, Udënisht, Çerravë units, and the secondary roads will be continued tomorrow.

Likewise, the next day, the work will continue with the secondary axes that connect the villages with the units, the centers of the administrative units mainly in Proptisht, Trebinje, Velçan and Dardhas.

As a result of the defects, 12 villages of the administrative unit have been without power for 12 hours. We emphasize that their supply is provided by the Prrenjas feeder. According to communications, we have been confirmed that OSHEE teams continue to be on the ground to resolve the problem.

While in all other units of Pogradec there is normal energy supply.

During today's work in the city, salting internal roads, cleaning and salting sidewalks, the work will continue tomorrow, so it is a work in progress. /CNA
