Vlora municipal elections/ The name of the SP candidate is revealed

The meeting of the Presidency of the Socialist Party has ended. After leaving the pink headquarters, the political leader for the Vlora region, Bledi Çuçi, announced that Brunilda Mersini will be the SP candidate for the municipality of Vlora. Mersini is currently a deputy for the Vlora region.

"In the context of the sudden creation of a vacancy in the municipality of Vlora, due to the resignation of the mayor, we thought of having a candidate for this part of the mandate, who would have both managerial experience to cover the entire vacuum created by the resignation of the mayor, but also a political figure with equally long experience in politics.

"The candidate we just approved for the Presidency meets these conditions and she is the current MP for the Vlora district, Brunilda Mersini and one of the most successful former leaders in all these years in the Vlora municipality," said Bledi Çuçi./CNA
