"It's not news, no surprise. We will have to discuss whether there is a need for a law on participation, whether it should be considered legal, in this electoral process the opposition showed some approach, and the citizens had the opportunity. While voting was taking place in Vlora, the city was flooded and I didn't see anyone rushing to vote.
