Opening the discussions in the Electoral Reform panel, the Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Laws, Damian Gjiknuri, stated that it is important to have the support of the ODIHR, the CoE and the Venice Commission in drafting the new law in order to achieve stability regarding this law.
Gjiknuri said that ODIHR guaranteed him that it would bring experts.
"I hope we have support from ODIHR, the Council of Europe and Venice to have a stable regime in terms of electoral law.
"ODIHR guaranteed me that they will bring experts," Gjiknuri declared./ CNA
