Mass resignations in the country's municipalities after Rama's order/

In the Laws Committee, during the report of the Commissioner for the Supervision of the Civil Service, Pranvera Strakosha, Prime Minister Edi Rama's order for mass resignations in the country's municipalities was also discussed.

Asked by Democratic Party MP Arjan Ndoja, Strakosha said that the institution she heads reviews dismissals in violation of the law and that resignations are of free will.

Commissioner Strakosha said that the KMSHC is not a court, but an institution that resolves problems without going to court.

"Regarding the question of the resignation order, this is at their discretion, whether they give it or not, it is their right. We review dismissals in violation of the law, complaints about dismissals, related to dismissals and status. We are not a court, we are indirect, we receive the notification and review the procedure, because it is the court if the matter is there.

"We only do the review or resolution without going to court. We inspect the KLGJ, ILD and KLP regularly, but not the others. We are not concerned with what they do in the courts, but with their status. We are not able to give a general invoice because this is done in cooperation with the KLSH, the institutions that inspect ," she stated./ CNA
