Campaign for Tirana/Këlliçi: Violating the law with both feet and

DP MP Belind Këlliçi has denounced that the General Directors of the Ministry of Education, instead of being at work, have been involved in the campaign for Tirana alongside Ogerta Manastirliu.

According to Këlliç, this is completely in violation of the Law on Civil Servants, especially for high-level managers.

"In the government campaign for the Municipality of Tirana, four General Directors at the Ministry of Education are noted, Mirela Cami, Matilda Shabani, Anisa Subashi and Entel Agolli!

While they should be exercising their duties in the service of increasing the quality of education in the country, the principals are included in the campaign of their former boss, Ogerta Manastirliu, as ordinary patrons!

Completely in violation of the Civil Servant Law, even more so for high-level managers.

This evil policy of the "party over Albania" is the clear reason for the drastic decline in the PISA test, the emptying of classrooms and auditoriums, the risk of closing science faculties, and the continued low performance of our education system.

Personally, I strongly denounce the lining up of the administration for the Tirana campaign, from the highest to the lowest level.

Militancy, party fanaticism, servility, and patronage can never be healthy foundations for a functional administration in service of the state and society.

We demand urgent measures to suspend from duty and even prosecute anyone who violates the law in broad daylight.
