Suspension of ministers/Former prosecutor: Changes are being made after the Constitutional Court did not clarify the decision

Former prosecutor Besnik Muçi, invited to the show "Opinion", spoke about the changes in the draft law on the suspension of minutes.

Changes which, the former prosecutor said, do not affect Balluk's case.

Muçi said that these changes are being made after the Constitutional Court did not clarify its decision on the government's appeal against Balluk's suspension.

The former prosecutor said that it is very important that the Constitutional Court's decisions are transparent.

"Balluku is not affected by these legal changes. The changes are being made because the Constitutional Court did not clarify its decision. It is very important that the decisions are clarified. The minister with the current cadre does not enjoy immunity ," said Muçi./CNA
