The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has reacted to the position of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Albana Koçiu, regarding the murder of judge Astrit Kalaja.
Noka states that Koçiu's reaction is simply a self-justification, which shows that order and security are not guaranteed by the state.
Noka accuses that this is a way for institutions to pass responsibilities to each other.
"The self-exoneration of the Minister of Internal Affairs shows that order and security are no longer guaranteed by the state. Institutions pass responsibilities to each other while cartels govern and make the law. We expect the justification - the refrain that such events happen, even films are made" - Noka went on./CNA
