The three main names at the end of the race for the Tirana Municipality

The Democratic Party did not announce its own candidacy for the Tirana Municipality elections and seek consensus. Instead, it came up with another version, waited for the others to announce their candidacies, and is now reviewing and negotiating them.

The Small Presidency met today and negotiations are expected to continue, mainly with the new small parties that have proposed candidates. As is the case with Agron Shehaj's "Mundësia" Party. The latter has proposed the name of Ermal Hasimja, who is one of the most potential names.

The second name is the name of Florjan Binaj, the talented actor, who is also one of the founders of the "Shqipëria Bëhet" Movement together with Edlira Çepan. The leader of this movement, Adriatik Lapaj, announced that they will support Florjan Binaj's candidacy in the race for the Municipality of Tirana.

Binaj seems to be the fastest to the "finish" due to the fact that he hosts an investigative show and has been quite tough and strong in his opposition role. Unlike Hasimja, who is more classic and academic.

The third name is Florian Haçkaj, who, after announcing his candidacy, was attacked due to an assessment given to him by Prime Minister Rama as an ambassador to the diaspora.

Apparently the two names closest to the finish line are Binaj and Hasimja. One as a candidate for "Mundësia" and the other as an independent candidate supported by the "Albania Becomes" Movement.

There are many other names like Adriana Kalaja, Edlira Çepani, Et'hem Aga, Gjergj Bojaxhiu.
