Majority rejects request to establish "McGonigal" commission/ Opposition abandons session

The majority has rejected the opposition's request to establish a special commission on the McGonigal case.

After the rejection of this request and the earlier rejection of the request to establish an investigative commission for May 11, the opposition has decided to abandon the session.

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, declared that this is one of the most serious acts in the country's history.

"This is one of the most serious acts in the history of the country. I guarantee you that we will fight every battle to restore the free vote. And that for this battle you only sign the end of this parliament. We have not recognized the elections and their results ," said Berisha./ CNA
