The Conference of Mayors will meet today at 2:00 PM.

According to the agenda, a series of draft laws will be discussed and the DP's requests for the debate motion regarding IPARD funds, the OSCE/ODIHR final report on the elections, and the dismissal of the President of the Republic Bajram Begaj will be reviewed.

1. Presentation of the draft law "On the 2026 Budget" by the Minister of Finance.

2. Review of the special draft calendar for the review of the draft law "On the 2026 Budget".

3. Review of the draft work program of the Assembly for the period November 10 - December 19, 2025.

4. Review of the draft calendar of the Assembly's work for the period November 10 - November 28, 2025.

5. Review of the request of a group of deputies of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group for the establishment of an Investigative Committee of the Assembly to control the legality in the administration of funds of the IPARD II program (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance for Rural Development).

6. Review of the request of a group of deputies of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group for a motion to hold a debate "On the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the OSCE-ODIHR final report on the parliamentary elections of May 11, 2025".

7. Determining the time of the debate on the report of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Public Administration regarding the request for the dismissal of the President of the Republic of Albania. / CNA
