Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enea Karakaçi, announced today an innovation that will soon include the energy sector in Albania.
As Karakaçi told reporters, a new draft law in the country aims to bring a new concept, which will be linked to new forms of functioning of this sector, such as storage and aggregation.
According to the minister, these changes will serve not only citizens, but also businesses.
"I am very pleased to announce today that we have discussed a very important draft law for the electricity sector. The previous law was from 2015. This draft law has several important elements and introduces Albania to a completely new concept, such as storage, new forms of aggregation for consumers, which are of great interest to all citizens and businesses, but also the regulation of the energy sector", said Karakaçi./ CNA
