Electoral Reform Commission/SP-PD reach agreement on members

The two main parties in the country, the DP and the SP, have reached an agreement on the composition of the Electoral Reform Commission.

It is reported that it has been agreed that parties without a parliamentary group will also be part of the commission.

According to sources, the Socialists have given one seat on the commission to the Social Democratic Party, while from the opposition ranks, one seat will be given to the Opportunity Party.

The members of the Electoral Reform Commission are 8 from the majority and 8 from the opposition. Specifically, from the opposition, the Democratic Party will have 5 members, 1 member from the Republican Party, 1 member from the Freedom Party, and 1 member from the Opportunity Party.

The Together Movement and the Albania Becomes Movement remain out of the commission./CNA
